  1. While wheat flour
  2. Rice flour
  3. Tur dal flour
  4. Besan
  5. Ajwain seeds

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1/4 CUP WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
  2. ADD 1/4 CUP RICE FLOUR
  3. ADD 1/4 CUP TUR DAL FLOUR & 1 CUP BESAN.FOR THE DAL FLOUR I SIMPLY GRINDED THE DAL IN THE MIXER
  4. ADD 1 TSP EACH WHOLE AJWAIN, HALDI PWDR,SALT,SUGAR AND DHANIA PWDR
  5. MIX
  6. ADD 2 TBSP CURD
  7. ADD 200 ML WATER.
  8. MIX WELL
  9. THE BATTER SHOULD BE MEDIUM THICK AND POURING CONSISTENCY
  10. ADD 1/4 CUP GRATED CARROTS
  11. TAKE 1 PACKET ENO AND ADD WATER TO IT
  12. ADD THIS ENO MIX TO OUR BATTER AND MIX IMMEDIATELY
  13. TAKE A PAN ADD OIL AND FEW CURRY LEAVES
  14. ADD 4 TBSP SESAME SEEDS
  15. ADD 1 SLIT CHILLY.YOU CAN ADD MORE IF YOU LIKE IT SPICY
  16. MIX
  17. NOW POUR THE BATTER
  18. COVER AND COOK TILL THE UPPER LAYER IS STEAMED
  19. REMOVE THE HANDVO IN A PLATE
  20. NOW FLIP THE HANDVO IN THE PAN AGAIN SO THAT WE COOK THE OTHER SIDE
  21. CUT
  22. SERVE GARNISHED WITH CHOPPED DHANIA
  23. AND GRATED FRESH COCONUT 1 TBSP
