Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Raw banana - 1
  2. Coconut - 1/2
  3. Spice powders :
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
  6. Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
  7. Tempering:
  8. Chana dal - 1 tsp
  9. Urad dal - 1 tsp
  10. Cumin - 1 tsp
  11. Oil - 2 tbsps
  12. Mustard- 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. TAKE PEICES OF HALF COCONUT IN A MIXIE JAR
  2. BLITZ TO A FINE POWDER
  3. TAKE A SAUCE PAN ADD 2 TBSP OIL
  4. ADD A TSP EACH OF CUMIN, MUSTARD SEEDS, URAD DAL, CHANA DAL
  5. SAUTE WELL AND ADD PEICES OF ONE LARGE RAW BANANA
  6. ADD SALT TO SEASON 1/2 TSP TURMERIC
  7. 1 TSP GARAM MASALA POWDER
  8. STIR WELL COVER AND COOK FOR 10 MINUTES
  9. OPEN AND ADD THE COCONUT
  10. MIX WELL TO COAT AND SWITCH OFF THE GAS. DO NOT COOK FURTHER
  11. THIS IS DONE
