ABOUT Egg Biryani RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups rice washed ,soaked for 30 mins
  2. 4 boiled eggs
  3. 2 onions
  4. 2 tomatoes
  5. 1 capsicum
  6. 1 tbsp coriander leaves
  7. 1" ginger
  8. 20 cloves garlic
  9. 1 cup curd
  10. 4 chillies
  11. 1 tbsp mint leaves
  12. 2 tej patta [bay leaf]
  13. 1/2 tsp biryani masala
  14. 3 tsp red chilli powder
  15. salt as per taste
  16. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  17. 4 cups hot water
  18. 1 tbsp ghee

Instructions

  1. CORIANDER, MINT LEAVES, GREEN CHILLIES, GARLIC,GINGER
  2. ADD SALT & MAKE FINE PASTE.
  3. CHOP ONIONS,TOMATOES, CAPSICUM,GREEN CHILLIES , FINELY.
  4. HEAT PAN ADD OIL.
  5. ADD CHOPPED CAPSICUM.
  6. FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN.KEEP IT ASIDE.
  7. ADD ONIONS AND FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN .KEEP IT ASIDE.
  8. HEAT A THICK PAN OR COOKER.ADD OIL.
  9. ADD GINGER - GARLIC PASTE .SAUTE TILL THE RAW SMELL GOES OFF.
  10. ADD FRIED ONIONS.
  11. SAUTE FOR 2 MINS.
  12. ADD TOMATOES & COOK TILL THEY SOFTEN.
  13. ADD CHILLIES, FRIED CAPSICUM.
  14. SALT, TURMERIC, BIRYANI MASALA,RED CHILLI POWDER,TEJ PATTA,CURD.
  15. ADD TURMERIC,SALT,RED CHILLI POWDER.
  16. ADD BIRYANI MASALA.
  17. ADD TEJ PATTA.
  18. ADD FRESH CURD.
  19. ADD BOILED EGGS.
  20. COVER THE EGGS WITH GRAVY TO ABSORB THE MASALA.
  21. COOK UNTIL CURD LEAVES THE OIL.
  22. ADD HOT WATER & WAIT FOR BOIL.
  23. MIX WELL & ADD GHEE TO ENHANCE THE TASTE.SIMMER THE FLAME FOR 20 MINS .
