Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 3 Onions finely chopped
  2. 3 green chilies chopped
  3. 2 tsp kasuri methi
  4. salt
  5. 1 tsp red chilly powder
  6. Haldi [turmeric powder] - 1/2 tsp
  7. 1 cup wheat flour
  8. 2 tsp oil
  9. Ghee or oil

Instructions

  1. 3 ONION'S FINELY CHOPPED, 2 GREEN CHILIES CHOPPED, 2 TSP KASURI METHI, SALT, 1 TSP RED CHILLY & HALDI POWDER
  2. 1 CUP WHEAT FLOUR ADD CHOPPED ONIONS
  3. ADD GREEN CHILIES, SALT
  4. ADD RED CHILLY POWDER
  5. ADD KASURI METHI
  6. KKNEAD A SOFT DOUGH
  7. ADD LITTLE OIL
  8. MIX NICELY
  9. MAKE SMALL BALLS
  10. HEAT NONSTICK TAVA & KEEP DOUGH BALLS ON IT
  11. ROAST LITTLE FROM BOTH SIDES
  12. NOW REMOVE BALL FROM TAVA
  13. CURSH IT NICELY
  14. ADD MELTED GHEE OR OIL
  15. AGAIN MASH IT & MAKE BALL
  16. MAKE A BALL
  17. NOW ROLL A THICK PARATHA
  18. PUT ON TAVA
  19. ROAST FROM BOTH SIDES USING GHEE OR OIL
