  1. Cooking oil 1/4 cup
  2. Red chilli 2
  3. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  4. Jeera 1/2 tsp
  5. Urad dal 1 tsp
  6. Channa dal 1 tsp
  7. Curry leaves few
  8. Onion chopped 2 cup
  9. Baby corn sliced 1 cup
  10. Green chilli 1
  11. Chopped tomato 1 Big sized
  12. Groundnut few
  13. Turmeric powder a pinch
  14. Salt to taste
  15. Pepper powder 1 tsp
  16. Coconut gratings 1/4 cup
  17. Puffed Rice 2 ltr

Instructions

  1. HEAT 1/4 CUP OF COOKING OIL, FRY RED CHILLI
  2. LET SPLUTTER MUSTARD SEEDS AND JEERA
  3. ADD URAD AND CHANNA DAL EACH 1 TSP
  4. FRY CURRY LEAVES AND ONION
  5. GREEN CHILLI AND BABY CORN SLICED 1 CUP
  6. CHOPPED TOMATO, FRY ALL TILL TENDER
  7. FRIED GROUNDNUT FEW
  8. ADD TURMERIC POWDER AND SALT TO TASTE
  9. PEPPER POWDER 1 TSP
  10. COCONUT GRATINGS 1/4 CUP
  11. CLEANLY WASHED PUFFED RICE 2 LTR
  12. MIX WELL IN LOW FLAME TILL HOT AND SERVE
