  1. Bhendi slices 2 cup
  2. Coconut gratings 1 cup
  3. Green chilli 1
  4. Curd 2 cup
  5. Water 1 cup
  6. Cooking oil 3 tsp
  7. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  8. Urad dal 1 tsp
  9. Jeera 2 tsp
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Red chilli 1

Instructions

  1. A CUP OF COCONUT, GREEN CHILLI 1, JEERA 1 TSP
  2. ADD CURD AND GRIND SMOOTHLY
  3. HEAT OIL AND LET CRACKLE MUSTARD SEEDS
  4. ADD URAD DAL, RED CHILLI AND JEERA, FRY THEM
  5. ADD SLICED BHENDI
  6. FRY TILL CRISPY IN LOW FLAME
  7. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  8. ADD GROUND COCONUT PASTE
  9. ADD SOME WATER
  10. MIX WELL
  11. BRING IT TO BOIL FINELY
  12. TURN OFF THE FLAME AND ADD A CUP OF CURD, SERVE
