Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Rice 3 cup
  2. Red lenties 1 cup
  3. Moong Dal 1 cup
  4. Chopped potatoes
  5. Chopped tomatoes
  6. Chopped beans
  7. Chopped carrot
  8. Chopped onion
  9. 1/2 cup corriander leaves
  10. Ginger-garlic paste 2 Table spoon
  11. Onion Paste 2 Table spoon
  12. 2 Table spoon turmeric powder
  13. 2 Table spoon corriander Powder
  14. 2 Table spoon ghee
  15. Salt to taste
  16. 3 cup water
  17. 1 cup mustard oil
  18. Bay leaf 2
  19. 1 teaspoon bay leaf
  20. 1 teaspoon panchforon

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS:RED LENTIES,MOOG DAL,RICE 3CUP,MUSTARD OIL, TURMERIC POWDER,PANCHFORON,SALT,GREEN CHILLY
  2. BAYLEAF,ONIONPASTE, GINGER-GARLIC PASTE,CHOPPED POTATO,TOMATO,ONION, CARROT,BEANS, CORRIANDER LEAVES
  3. ADD 3 CUP WATER ALLOW TO BOIL.
  4. ADD RICE 3CUP,RED LENTILS 1CUP,MOONG DAL 1CUP,SALT TO TASTE,2 TBSP TURMERIC POWDER,CORRIANDER POWDER
  5. HEAT OIL,ADD PANCHFORON,BAY LEAF,CHOPPED ONION,GREEN CHILLY,RED CHILLY,ONION& GINGERGARLIC PASTE,MIX
  6. FRY ALL THE CHOPPED VEGETABLES E.G. BEANS,CARROTS, POTATOES,TOMATOES
  7. COVER IT WITH LID FOR 7 MINS AND FRY WELL AGAIN.
  8. WHEN THE KHICHDI WILL RUNNING IN TEXTURE ADD SOYABEAN,FRIED ALL VEGETABLES& MASALA MIXTURE.MIX WELL.
  9. KHICHDI IS ALMOST RUNNING,LET THEM BOIL FOR ANOTHER 10 MINS.
  10. ADD 2 TBSP GHEE AND CORRIANDER LEAVES ON IT.
