Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 4 medium size brinjal
  2. 2 medium size potato
  3. 8 to 10 garlic cloves nicely chopped
  4. 4 to 5 green chillies nicely chopped
  5. 1/2 tsp hing powder
  6. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  8. 1 tsp salt or as per taste
  9. 2 chopped tomato
  10. 1/2 cup fresh corriender chopped
  11. 2 tbsp cooking oil

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL IN COOKER ADD 8 TO 10 NICELY CRUSHED GARLIC
  2. NOW ADD 4 TO 5 NICELY CRUSHED GREEN CHILLIES
  3. ADD 1/2 TSP HING POWDER
  4. SAUTE IT
  5. CUT THE 2 POTATO AND 4 BRINJAL IN CUBES
  6. NOW ADD BRINJAL AND POTATO IN COOKER
  7. ADD 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  8. 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER AND MIX
  9. NOW ADD SALT 1 TSP OR ACCORDING TO TASTE
  10. ADD 2 CHOPPED TOMATO AND MIX IT
  11. NOW CLOSE THE LID OF COOKER NO NEED TO ADD WATER
  12. AND WAIT FOR 2 OR 3 WHISTLE FOR COOK
  13. WHEN VEGETABLES DONE
  14. ADD HANDFUL CHOPPED CORRIENDER AND MIX
  15. AGAIN ADD CHOPPED CORRIENDER AND KEEP THE COOKER ON VERY LOW FLAME TO INCORPORATE THE TASTE OF HERB
