Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bowl arhar daal
  2. 1 onion
  3. 1 tomato
  4. small Loki [bottle gourd]
  5. 1 potato
  6. 2 parval
  7. 3 tbsp salt
  8. 1 tbsp haldi [turmeric powder]
  9. 2 tbsp mustard oil
  10. 2-3 sabut lalmirch [dry red chillies]
  11. 1 tbsp rai [mustard seeds]
  12. 2 tbsp urad daal
  13. 2 tbsp chana dal
  14. 10-12 curry leaves
  15. 1 pinch heeng [asafoetida]
  16. 2 tbsp sambhar Masala
  17. 2 tbsp imli [tamarind] paste
  18. 1 & 1/2 glass of water
  19. 1 tsp lal mirch [red chilly powder]

Instructions

  1. TAKE COOKER & ADD 1/2 AN HOUR SOCKED 1 BOWL ARHAR DAAL, 1 ONION,2 PARVAL,SOME LAUKY & 1 TOMATO
  2. ADD 1 POTATO & 1 GLASS OF WATER
  3. ADD 2 TBSP SALT & 1 TBSP HALDI
  4. MIX IT WELL & COVER IT FOR 7-8 WHISTLE
  5. NOW TAKE A PAN & ADD 2 TBSP MUSTARD OIL,1 TSP SALT
  6. ADD 2 SABUT LAL MIRCH & 1 TBSP RAI
  7. 2 TBSP URAD DAAL, 2 TBSP CHANA DAAL
  8. 10 -12 CURRY LEAVES & SAUTE WELL
  9. ADD 1 PINCH HEANG & MIX IT WELL
  10. DAAL IS READY NOW MASH VEGETABLE VERY WELL
  11. ADD 2 TBSP SAMBHAR MASALA & 2 TBSP IMLI PASTE
  12. ADD ALL TADKA IN SAMBHAR
  13. MIX IT WELL & ADD HALF GLASS OF WATER
  14. ADD 1 TBSP SALT, HALF TSP LAL MIRCH
  15. MIX IT WELL & BOILL IT FOR A WHILE
  16. SERVE HOT & ENJOY
