ABOUT Chia pudding with fresh fruits RECIPE

Light, refreshing and totally prep friendly. What makes it special is the fruits and greens on top which adds colour and is equally delicious. So it tastes fresh, interesting and yumm.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Curd - 1 cup
  2. Chia seeds - 2 tbsps
  3. Honey - 4 tsps
  4. Mango - 1 ripe
  5. Kiwi - 2
  6. Pomogranete pearls - 1/2 cup
  7. Few mint leaves to garnish
  8. Few micro greens to garnish

Instructions

  1. SOAK 2 TBSP CHIA SEEDS IN 1 CUP CURD FOR 30 MINUTES. MIX 4 TSPS HONEY
  2. WHISK WELL KEEP ASIDE
  3. KEEP 1 CHOPPED RIPE MANGO, 2 SMALL CHOPPED KIWI FRUIT, 1/2 CUP POMOGRANETE PEARLS READY TO USE
  4. ADD 2 TSPS OF KIWI FRUIT TO A SMALL SERVING GLASS
  5. ADD 3 TO 4 TSPS OF CHIA PUDDING
  6. ADD 2 TBSPS OF MANGO CHUNKS
  7. ADD A TSP OF POMOGRANETE PEARLS
  8. GARNISH WITH MINT AND FEW MICROGREENS
