  1. 150GMS GREEN PEAS,HALF CUP KALA CHANA DRI SHOULD SOAKED AT OVERNIGHT AFTER PUT INTO PRESSURE COOKER
  2. PEAS AND SWEET POTATO PIECES BOILED AT COOKER AFTER 3 VISSLES..HEAT PAN PUT COOKED PEAS.ADD SALT 1TS
  3. 1/2 TSP CHILLI POWDER,1/4 TSP TURMERIC POWDER,CORIANDER PUT ALL THOSE PRESS HAND SMASH IT ROUGHLY
  4. KEEO BOIL ADD HALF GLASS WATER
  5. TAKE A BOWL PEAL SWEET POTATO SMASH IT,T HEN ADD THICK POHA( WASH AND SOAK AT 10MIN)
  6. 1TSP SALT,1TSP CHILLI POWDER,1/2 TSP DANIYA POWDER,1/4 TSP JEERA , TURMERIC POWDER,TIKKA MASALA ADD
  7. ADD CHOPPED ONION HALF CUP ,CORIANDER HALF CUP,2 TSP FRESH GREEN PEAS,T HEN ADD HALF LEMON JUICE
  8. MAKE A SOFT PATTIS DOE TAKE A SMALL AMOUNT SHAPE IT
  9. TAKE ANOTHER BOWL PUT 1 TSP MAIDA,1TSP CORN FLOUR MIX WELL ADD WATER TAKE PATTIS DIP INTO BOWL
  10. COAT WITH FLOUR AND LEAVE INTO HOT OIL FRI WELL
  11. FOR CORIANDER CHUTNEY::TAKE FRESH CHOPPED 1 CUP CORIANDER,3 CHILLIES,SALT ,GARLIC,COCONUT PIECES,JEE
  12. PLACE HOT RAGADA ONTO SERVING PLATE KEEP FRIED SWEET POTATO PATTI'S
  13. AGAIN POUR RAGADA ON TO OF PATTIS,P UT ONIONS,
  14. ADD TOMATO PIECES ON TOP OF IT
  15. PUT GREEN CHUTNEY,THEN TOMATO KETCHUP ON EACH OF PATTI'S
  16. SPRINKLE SALT,C HILLI POWDER,JEERA POWDER,SEV,CORIANDER ON TOP OF IT
  17. ADD LEMON JUICE
  18. READY TO SERVE RAGADA PATTI'S(SWEET POTATO PATTIS FLAVOURED WITH CORIANDER CHUTNEY)
