  1. Mangalore cucumber medium sized 1
  2. Soaked rice 2 cup
  3. methi soaked 2 tsp
  4. salt to taste
  5. Cooking oil 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. CHOPPED MANGALORE CUCUMBER
  2. ADD SALT AND GRIND TILL SMOOTH
  3. IN BETWEEN ADD 4 HOURS SOAKED RICE 2 CUP
  4. ADD 4 HOURS SOAKED METHI SEEDS 2 TSP, CONTINUE GRINDING
  5. TRANSFER INTO A BOWL, COVER AND KEEP ASIDE FOR ABOUT 4 HOURS
  6. OPEN THE LID AND CHECK FERMENTATION
  7. GREASE COOKING OIL ON HOT TAWA
  8. ADD A TBSP OF BATTER, SPREAD THINLY, COVER AND COOK IN MEDIUM-LOW FLAME FOR 4-5 MINUTES
  9. FLIP AND COOK FOR 2 MINUTES
  10. REMOVE AND SERVE
