Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Moong dal 1 cup
  2. water 1/2 ltr
  3. Milk 1/2 ltr
  4. jaggery 1 1/2 cup
  5. cardamom powder 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. ADD 1 CUP WASHED MOONG DAL INTO BOILING 1/2 LTR OF WATER, COVER AND COOK IN LOW FLAME UNTIL MASHY
  2. CHECK INBETWEEN TILL MASHY, ADD JAGGERY, LET IT DISSOLVES COMPLETELY
  3. ADD CARDAMOM POWDER AND COW'S MILK 1/2 LTR, IF NECESSARY ADD SOME MORE WATER.
  4. BRING IT TO BOIL ONCE, TAKE OFF FLAME AND SERVE MOONG DAL SOJI IN HOT
