  1. Bread slices 8
  2. Dill leaves 1 bunch
  3. Onion 2 chopped finely
  4. Tomato 1 chopped
  5. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  7. Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Curd 1/2 tbs
  10. Ghee 1/4 cup
  11. Tomato ketchup

Instructions

  1. HEAT 3 TSP COOKING OIL, FRY CHOPPED ONION TILL TRANSLUCENT
  2. ADD 1/4 CUP CHOPPED TOMATOES, 1 BUNCH CHOPPED DILL LEAVES
  3. ADD TURMERIC POWDER, PEPPER POWDER, SALT TO TASTE
  4. CURD 1/2 TBS, MIX WELL, COVER AND COOK FOR 5 MINUTES IN LOW FLAME
  5. DRIZZLE GHEE AND ROAST BREAD SLICES
  6. FLIP AND ROAST
  7. DRIZZLE GHEE TO ANOTHER SIDE ALSO
  8. CHECK THE COOKNESS, ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE 1 TSP, MIX WELL, TAKE OFF FLAME AND KEEP ASIDE
  9. SPREAD DILL LEAVES MASALA ON BREAD SLICES, COVER WITH ANOTHER PLAIN BREAD SLICE, PRESS IT
  10. CUT INTO FOUR PIECES, SERVE IN HOT WITH TOMATO KETCHUP
