  1. 4 hours soaked rice 1 cup
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Water 1 cup
  4. Channa dal 1 cup soaked
  5. Chopped onion 1/2 cup
  6. Chopped dill leaves 1/2 cup
  7. Grated coconut 1/2 cup
  8. Cooking oil 1/2 cup
  9. Red chilli 1

Instructions

  1. SOAKED RICE 1 CUP, SALT TO TASTE, ADD WATER 1 CUP AND GRIND UNTIL SMOOTH
  2. ADD RED CHILLI 1, DILL LEAVES 1/2 CUP, CHOPPED ONION 1/2 CUP
  3. 2 HOURS SOAKED CHANNA DAL 1 CUP, GRATED COCONUT 1/2 CUP, CONTINUE GRINDING FOR 30 SECONDS
  4. TRANSFER INTO A VESSEL
  5. HEAT TAVA, GREASE OIL
  6. ADD A TSP FULL OF BATTER FOR SMALL PATTIES, COVER AND COOK FOR 3 MINUTES IN MEDIUM FLAME
  7. OPEN THE LID, SPRINKLE SOME OIL
  8. FLIP AND COOK ANOTHER 3 MINUTES
  9. REMOVE AND SERVE
