Maize rava 1 1/4 cup
Banana 3
Jaggery 3/4 cup
Coconut milk 1 1/2 cup
Butter 2tbsp
Salt a pinch
Instructions
TAKE 1 1/2 CUP COCONUT MILK BY BLENDING 1/2 CUP COCONUT
IN A MIXER JAR, ADD SLICED BANANA AND CRUSHED JAGGERY
BLEND INTO A SMOOTH PULP
TAKE 2 TBSP BUTTER/ GHEE AND 1 1/4 CUP MAIZE RAVA
IN A PAN, ADD BUTTER AND LET IT MELT
NOW ADD MAIZE RAWA AND ROAST
WHEN A NICE AROMA COMES, TAKE OFF FROM HEAT
IN A BOWL, TAKE THE ROASTED RAVA AND ADD COCONUT MILK TO IT.
THEN ADD THE BANANA JAGGERY PULP AND A PINCH OF SALT
COMBINE THEM WELL
TO A GREASED CAKE TIN OR METAL PLATE OR BOWL, POUR IN THE PREPARED BATTER
HEAT THE TAWA AND PLACE A STAND ON IT
PLACE THE CAKE TIN OVER IT
NOW CAREFULLY CLOSE IT OVER WITH A LARGE LID OR A BIG VESSEL, LARGE ENOUGH TO COVER THE TAWA SURFACE
COOK IN MEDIUM FLAME FOR 10 MINUTES AND THEN IN LOW FLAME FOR 15-20 MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE
TAKE OUT FROM HEAT. COOL DOWN. SLICE AND SERVE
