Ingredients: Wheat flour 1 cup; Maize flour 1 cup; cane sugar/ brown sugar 1 cup; Cocoa powder 1/2 cup; Baking Soda 1 Tsp; Salt 1/2 tsp; Vegetable Oil 1/2 Cup; Milk 1 cup; Vanilla extract 1tsp; Vinegar 2 tsp

Wheat flour 1 cup
Maize flour 1 cup
cane sugar/ brown sugar 1 cup
Cocoa powder 1/2 cup
Baking Soda 1 Tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Vegetable Oil 1/2 Cup
Milk 1 cup
Vanilla extract 1tsp
Vinegar 2 tsp

Instructions

Preheat oven at 180 c for 10 mins
line the cupcake pan with paper bake cups
seive and mix all the dry ingredients except sugar
add vinegar and milk together and let it stand for a minute( you can also use butter milk instead of this mix)
add sugar with the milk mixture and whip for a minute till sugar melts
add other liquid ingredients and whip
pour the ingredients to 3/4 of the pan
bake it in a preheated oven for 20 mins
rest the pan in the oven for another 5 mins
cool it on the cooling rack
after cooling u can top it with whipped cream with choco chips
