Lacy mutton brain kabeb though it is an middle Eastern preparation i tried to give it an Indian flavour. This recipe is very easy to make but it taste very Great !!! please try this!!!

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Half boiled mutton brain 350 gm
  2. green chilli 1 tbs
  3. onion 1/3 cup
  4. Bread slices 4
  5. Ginger. 1 tbs
  6. carrot 3 tbs
  7. Mint+ green coriander leaves 1/3 cup
  8. Plain yugart 1tbs
  9. 5spice powder 1 tbs
  10. salt as to taste
  11. Lamon juice 1 tsp
  12. oil 2 tbs
  13. All purpose flour for coating

Instructions

  1. CHOP 4 PCS OF BREAD COARSELY & KEEP ASIDE.
  2. TAKE 350GM HALF BOILED MUTTON BRAIN& MASHED IT.
  3. ADD 1/3 CUP SLICED ONION,1 TBS CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI,1 TBS FINELY DICED GINGER,3 TBS FINELY DICED CARROT.
  4. ADD1/3 CUP COARSELY CHOPPED (MINT+CORIANDER LEAVES),1TBS YUGART,1 1 TBS 5 SPICES POWDER,SALT, CHOPPED BREAD.
  5. ADD1 TSP LAMON JUICE & MIX ALL INGREDIENTS VERY WELL.
  6. TAKE SMALL AMOUNT FROM MIXTURE & GIVE IT A ROUND SHAPE.
  7. PRESS THE ROUND SHAPED MIXTURE THROUGH FLOWER SHAPED COOKIE CUTTER
  8. FLOWER SHAPED BRAIN KABEB WOULD BE LIKE THIS.
  9. FINALLY COAT KABEBS IN DRY DRY ALL PURPOSE FLOUR& KEEP IT IN REFRIGERATOR FOR 20 MINUTES.
  10. SPRINKLE 2 TBS OIL ON A PRE HEATED TAVA.
  11. SET KABEBS ON TAVA.
  12. FRY BRAIN KABEBS ON MEDIUM- LOW FLAME.
  13. FLIP THEM & FRY EVENLY.
  14. ONCE KABEB WILL FULLY DONE.TURN OFF HEAT.
  15. SERVE WITH SALAD & SAUCE.
  16. ENJOY THIS MELT IN THE MOUTH LACY MUTTON BRAIN KABEB..... SUPERBLY YUMLICIOUS.
