Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. rice 1 cup
  2. cloves 2
  3. cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  4. cardamom 2
  5. cinnamon small piece
  6. pepper corns 4
  7. Soya chunks 3/4 cup
  8. carrot 1
  9. Broccoli florets 4
  10. Yellow bell pepper small 1
  11. onion 1
  12. ginger 1/2 inch piece
  13. garlic cloves 2
  14. tomato small 1
  15. oil 2 tbsp
  16. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and roast the dry masala
  2. Add in chopped onion and cook till done
  3. Add finely chopped garlic and ginger
  4. Add tomato and cook till done
  5. Add in chopped vegetables
  6. Boil soya chunks in large quantity of water for 5 minutes and rinse thoroughly couple of times
  7. Add soya to the veggies
  8. Cook rice till almost done
  9. Add salt to the cooked vegetables
  10. Add in rice
