  1. 1 bunch methi leaves cleant washed chopped
  2. 75 grams paneer
  3. 1 onion chopped
  4. 1 tomato pureed
  5. 1 tspn garlic crush
  6. salt as per taste
  7. 1/2 tspn turmeric
  8. 1 tspn red chilli powder
  9. 1tbspn oil

Instructions

  1. 1BUNCH METHI LEAVES,1ONION,1 TOMATO PUREE,75 GRAMS PANEER, 1TSPN GARLIC CRUSH SALT,RED CHILI,HALDI.
  2. ROAST 1TSPN ZEERA IN A PAN,ADD 1TBLSPN OIL
  3. ADD 1TSPN GARLIC CRUSH,SAUTE AND ADD 1 CHOPPED ONION
  4. AS ONIONS GO TRANSLUCENT ADD PANEER PIECES CUT OUT IN SQUARES
  5. STIR FRY PANEER FOR A MINUTE
  6. PANEER STARTS BROWING ADD SALT TO TASTE,1/2TSPN TURMERIC,1TSPN RED CHILLI POWDER
  7. STIRFRY ALL ADD 1 TOMATO PUREED
  8. NOW ADD THE METHI LEAVES WASHED AND CHOPPED
  9. YOUR METHI PANEER VEGGIE IS READY
