  2. 2 tablespoons of Tandoori masala
  3. 2 teaspoon of ginger and garlic paste
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 2 teaspoon of coconut oil

Instructions

  1. 1/2 KG SEA FISH ( BONE LESS AND ALSO WITHOUT SKIN) 2 TABLES SPOON OF THADOORI MASALA, 2 TEASPOON OF GINGER AND GARLIC PASTE, SALT TO TASTE, 2 TEASPOON OF COCONUT OIL
  2. TAKE A MIXING BOWL ADD GINGER AND GARLIC PASTE AND SALT TO TASTE
  3. ADD THADOORI MASALA AND MIX WELL
  4. ADD FISH CUBE AND MIX WELL GENTLY
  5. READY TO INSERT TAKE A SKEWER STICKS AND GENTLY INSERT
  6. IT'S READY TO ROAST
  7. HEAT A GRILL TOASTER ADD SOME COCONUT OIL
  8. READY TO GRILL
  9. CLOSE AND COOK
  10. TURN OTHER SIDE GENTLY AND COOK FOR 5 MINUTES
  11. AFTER 10 MINUTES GENTLY SWITCH TO PLATE
  12. TASTY AND ALSO PROTEIN RICH FISH TANDOORI SKEWERS READY TO EAT
