ABOUT Homemade Protein Powder RECIPE

Very easy, tasty and very healthy homemade protien powder recipe for use in any protien shakes and drinks

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1 cup almonds
  2. 1 cup peanuts
  3. 1 cup soyabeans pulse
  4. 1 cup oats
  5. 1/4 cup milk powder
  6. 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. DRY ROAST 1 CUP ALMONDS IN A NONSTICK PAN, TAKE OFF HEAT & SET ASIDE WHEN DONE
  2. ROAST 1 CUP PEANUTS & SET ASIDE
  3. ROAST 1 CUP SOYABEANS, SET ASIDE WHEN DONE
  4. ROAST 1 CUP OATS UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN, SET ASIDE
  5. TRANSFER THE ALMONDS & PEANUTS TO A PLASTIC BAG, CRUSH INTO SMALL PIECES
  6. ADD THE CRUSHED NUTS TO A MIXER JAR, GRIND TO MAKE A FINE POWDER
  7. SIEVE THE READY POWDER
  8. POWDER THE ROASTED SOYABEANS SEPERATELY
  9. SIEVE THIS TOO
  10. GRIND THE ROASTED OATS, SIEVE THIS POWDER IN AS WELL
  11. ADD 1/4 CUP MILK POWDER TO THE MIX
  12. SIEVE IN 1 TBSP COCOA POWDER, MIX WELL
  13. HOMEMADE PROTEIN POWDER IS READY TO USE, STORE IN AN AIRTIGHT JAR, USE TO ADD TO SHAKES OR DRINKS
