  4. Ginger-Small piece

  6. Poppy & Fennel seeds-1 tsp(each)
  7. Tomatoes-2
  8. coconut scraped-1/2 cup
  9. Water-To Grind
  10. butter beans-5-7(boiled pcs)
  11. To Fry:-
  12. Oil-1/2tsp
  13. Ghee-1tsp
  14. Mustard Seeds-1/4,tsp
  15. Onions-2(chopped)
  16. Curry leaves-10
  17. Red Chilli powder-1tsp
  18. coriander powder-1 1/2 tsp
  19. Curry masala powder -1tsp
  20. turmeric powder-1/4tsp
  21. coriander leaves
  22. Salt- To Taste

Instructions

  1. THE KING BUTTER BEANS .RICH IN PROTEIN, B VITAMINS, IRON AND FIBER, BUTTER BEANS ARE A GREAT SOURCE.
  2. BOIL IT IN A PRESSURE COOKER(ONE WHISTLE)WITH A PINCH OF PINK SALT (OR NORMAL).STRAIN & KEEP ASIDE.
  3. TAKE CINNAMON-1, CLOVES-1, GINGER/GARLIC , POPPY & FENNEL SEEDS, TOMATOES-2, COCONUT SCRAPED 1/2 CUP ,LITTLE BUTTER BEANS(5-7 BOILED)...
  4. ADD ALL & GRIND IT WITH LITTLE WATER IN A MIXIE JAR.
  5. NOW TO FRY TAKE ONIONS CHOPPED-2,CURRY LEAVES,RED CHILLI-CORRIANDER-TURMERIC-CURRY MASALA POWDERS .
  6. IN A SMALL PRESSURE COOKER POUR LITTLE OIL PLUS A TEASPOON OF GHEE, MUSTARD SEEDS, ONIONS,CURRY LEAVES,ALL MASALA POWDERS,GRINDED ,SALT & WATER.CLOSE IT & LEAVE 2 WHISTLES.
  7. ADD CORRIANDER LEAVES
  8. ADD NOW TASTY BUTTER BEANS GRAVY READY
  9. SO TASTY & NUTRITIOUS
  10. NICE COMBO FOR DOSA & CHAPATIS
