  1. Ragi flour 1/2 cup
  2. Jowar flour 1/2 cup
  3. Whole wheat 1 cup
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Water
  6. Sprouted Green gram 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. RAGI FLOUR 1/2 CUP, JOWAR FLOUR 1/2 CUP, OVER NIGHT SOAKED WHOLE WHEAT 1 CUP
  2. ADD SALT TO TASTE, SPROUTED GREEN GRAM 1/2 CUP, SUFFICIENT WATER AND GRIND UNTIL SMOOTH
  3. TRANSFER BATTER INTO A VESSEL, ADD SOME MORE WATER
  4. ADD A LADDLE FULL OF BATTER, SPREAD EVENLY, COVER AND COOK IN MEDIUM FLAME
  5. FLIP AND COOK ANOTHER 3 MINUTES IN MEDIUM FLAME
  6. REMOVE AND SERVE IN HOT WITH CHUTNEY
