Wheat flour and Coconut laddoos are made with jaggery. Jaggery is the best substitute for sugar and good for diet. It is very tasty and easy to make.

  1. Whole wheat flour 1/2 cup
  2. Grated coconut 1/2 cup
  3. jaggery 1 cup
  4. cardamom powder 1 tsp
  5. ghee 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. DRY ROAST WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR ON LOW FLAME UNTIL GOOD FRAGRANT
  2. ADD FRESHLY GRATED COCONUT, SAUTE AND FRY FOR 5 MINUTES IN LOW FLAME
  3. ADD CRUSHED JAGGERY OR POWDERED JAGGERY, MIX WELL IN MEDIUM FLAME
  4. JAGGERY MIXED WELL NOW IT IS SLIGHTLY MOISTURE IN TEXTURE
  5. ADD CARDAMOM POWDER AND GHEE 2 TSP
  6. WHEN THE MIXTURE IS LEAVES BOTTOM, READY TO MAKE LADDOOS, LEAVE FEW MINUTES TO WARM
  7. TAKE ABOUT 2 TSP EACH OF THIS DOUGH AND SHAPE UP THE LADDOOS
