Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup curd
  2. 2 medium boiled potatoes, cubed
  3. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  4. 1 teaspoon fennel powder
  5. 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  6. 1 tbsp ghee
  7. 3/4 cup water
  8. 1 tbsp Rajgira flour
  9. Sendha Namak as per taste
  10. 1/2 teaspoon Homemade Garam masala
  11. 1/2 inch grated ginger
  12. 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder

Instructions

  1. WHISK CURD WELL IN A BOWL
  2. ADD FLOUR AND WHISK WELL. KEEP IT ASIDE
  3. HEAT GHEE IN A PAN. SPLUTTER CUMIN SEEDS
  4. ADD GINGER AND STIR FRY FOR FEW SECONDS
  5. ADD POTATOES AND MIX WELL. SAUTE FOR 2-3 MINUTES
  6. ADD CURD AND MIX WELL
  7. ADD WATER AND MIX WELL
  8. ADD SPICE POWDERS AND MIX WELL. COOK FOR A MINUTE
  9. ADD SENDHA NAMAK AND MIX WELL
  10. SIMMER AND COOK UNTIL CURRY STARTS THICKENING STIRRING OCCASIONALLY
  11. GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES AND SERVE WARM WITH POORI OR PARATHA
