  1. 1cup boiled grated beetroot
  2. 1/2 bowl sabudana

Instructions

  1. DRY ROAST 1/2 CUP PEANUTS FOR 2 MINS
  2. TRANSFER TO A MIXER JAR, GRIND INTO A COARSE POWDER, SET ASIDE
  3. TAKE 1 CUP BOILED, GRATED BEETROOT, ADD 1/2 CUP SOAKED SAGO PEARLS, 1/2 CUP CHOPPED FRESH CORIANDER
  4. ADD 1 TBSP CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES, THE READY PEANUT POWDER, 1 BOILED POTATO
  5. ADD 1 TSP SALT, 1/2 TSP CORIANDER POWDER, 1/4 TSP EACH OF TURMERIC & RED CHILLI POWDERS
  6. ADD 2 TSP GRAM FLOUR, MIX
  7. BIND INTO A DOUGH
  8. TAKE SMALL BALLS OF DOUGH, FIX ON ICE CREAM STICKS & SHAPE INTO KEBABS WITH OIL-GREASED PALMS
  9. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL FROM BOTH SIDES UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  10. DRAIN ON TISSUE PAPER, SERVE HOT WITH CHUTNEY
