ABOUT SABUDANA KESARI AND SABUDANA LADDUS ! RECIPE

This is a very yummy and delicious dish at the time of Navaratri Virat.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sabudana- 200 gms
  2. Sugar- 100 gms
  3. Cashews - 25 gms
  4. Pistachio- 25 gms
  5. Kismis- 25 gms
  6. Blueberries- 25 gms
  7. Saffron- 3 pinch
  8. Cardamom Powder- 2 taps

Instructions

  1. SABUDANA KESARI AND SABUDANA LADDUS ! BY RAMANI THIAGARAJAN !
  2. Fry Cashews, Kismis, Pistachio, Blueberries in the Ghee.
  3. Cook Sabudana in sufficient water and take,Ghee,Cardamom Powder,Saffron soaked in warm water,Nuts
  4. Fry Sabudana in little Ghee add Saffron and Sugar.
  5. Add Ghee.
  6. Add Roasted Nuts and Cardamom Powder.
  7. This is the correct stage to switch off the heat.
  8. Add little Ghee and Mix well.
  9. After cooling it will become thick.
  10. Sabudana Kesari is ready.
  11. Add little colour and stir well.
  12. Add little Ghee and mix well.
  13. Take in a bowl.
  14. Grease your hand with Ghee and make Sabudana LADDUS.
  15. Garnish with Nuts.
  16. Sabudana Laddus and Kesari !
