Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Soaked almonds 15-20
  2. Full cream milk 1/2 lit
  3. Sugar 3 tbsp
  4. Geen cardamom 3-4
  5. Pistachio and almonds flakes for garnishing

Instructions

  1. TAKE 15-20 SOAKED ALMONDS, ADD TO A MIXER JAR, BLEND
  2. ADD SOME WATER, CONTINUE TO BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH
  3. THE ALMOND PASTE IS READY
  4. BRING 500 ML FULL CREAM MILK TO A BOIL
  5. ADD THE READY ALMOND PASTE, STIR CONTINUOUSLY & COOK FOR 10 MINS
  6. NOW SIMMER ON LOW HEAT FOR 25 MINS OR UNTIL IT TURNS THICK, ADD 3 TBSP SUGAR, MIX
  7. DRY ROAST 3-4 GREEN CARDAMOMS ON SLOW HEAT FOR 2 MINS
  8. CRUSH TO MAKE A POWDER
  9. ADD THE CARDAMOM POWDER TO THE KHEER, MIX IN, SERVE CHILLED GARNISHED WITH A HANDFUL NUTS OF CHOICE
