Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Maggi tomato pazzta 1 packet
  2. Nutri mini soya chunks 1/4 cup
  3. Onion 1 finely chopped
  4. French beans 2 tbsp chopped and lightly steamed
  5. Carror 2 tbsp chopped and lightly steamed
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1.5 tbsp ghee
  8. 1 cup hot water
  9. 6 peppercorns
  10. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  11. Cauliflower 2 tbsp chopped and lightly steamed
  12. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  13. Black cardamom 1 crushed
  14. 1 bay leaf

Instructions

  1. KEEP 2 CUPS WATER TO BOIL
  2. ADD THE CONTENTS OF 1 MAGGI CHEESY TOMATO TWIST PAZZTA PACK INTO IT, SET ASIDE THE TASTEMAKER PACKET
  3. NOW ADD THE TASTEMAKER, STIR WELL & COOK FOR 5 MINS
  4. SET ASIDE THE READY PAZZTA
  5. SOAK 1/4 CUP NUTRI NUGGETS IN HOT WATER FOR 15-20 MINS
  6. SQUEEZE OUT THE WATER FROM THE NUTRI NUGGETS, SET THEM ASIDE
  7. HEAT 1.5 TSP, ADD 1TSP CUMIN SEEDS, 6 PEPPERCORNS, 1 BAY LEAF, 2 CLOVES, 1 BLACK CARDAMOM
  8. ADD 1 CHOPPED ONION, SAUTE UNTIL TRANSLUCENT
  9. ADD 1/4 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  10. ADD 2 TBSP FINELY CHOPPED & LIGHTLY STEAMED CARROTS & THE NUTRI NUGGETS
  11. ADD 2 TBSP EACH OF CHOPPED & LIGHTLY STEAMED CAULIFLOWER & BEANS
  12. ADD SALT TO TASTE, MIX WELL
  13. COVER & COOK ON MEDIUM HEAT FOR 2 MINS
  14. ADD THE COOKED PAZZTA, MIX & COOK FOR 2 MINS
  15. SERVE HOT
  16. TRY IT, IT'S YUM
