  1. Refined Flour 100 gms
  2. Powder Sugar 180 gms
  3. Butter 70 gms
  4. Hershey's Cocoa powder 15 gms
  5. Hot Hershey's chocolate syrup 2 tbsp
  6. Vanilla essence few drops
  7. Baking powder 1 tsp
  8. Eggs 2

Instructions

  1. SIFT THE 100 GM FLOUR ,1 TSP BAKING POWDER , 15 GM COCOA POWDER
  2. MIX WELL
  3. IN A BOWL ADD 70 GM BUTTER
  4. 180 GM POWDER SUGAR
  5. BEAT WELL TILL CREAMY
  6. NOW ADD 2 EGGS
  7. FEW DROPS OF VANILLA ESSENCE
  8. HEAT 2 TBSP CHOCOLATE SYRUP IN MICROWAVE FOR 20 SECONDS
  9. ADD IN MIXTURE
  10. BEAT AGAIN & MAKE SMOOTH BATTER
  11. ADD FLOUR MIXTURE MIX WELL WITH SPATULA
  12. OR BEAT
  13. CAKE BATTER IS READY
  14. GREASE THE CAKE MOULD
  15. COAT WITH FLOUR AND REMOVE THE EXTRA
  16. PUT THE BATTER INTO GREASED CAKE MOULD
  17. TAP FOR 2-3 TIMES
  18. BAKE IN A PRE- HEATED OVEN FOR 15 TO 20 MINUTES AT 180°C.
  19. REMOVE FROM THE OVEN
  20. CHECK WITH TOOTHPICK AND LEAVE TO COOL
  21. TRANSFER IN A SERVING PLATE
  22. GANESH WITH POWDER SUGAR
  23. HERSHEY'S CHOCOLATE TEA CAKE IS READY
  24. ENJOY!
