  1. 3 cups dry corn flakes
  2. 1 cup thick poha
  3. 2 tsp red chilli powder
  4. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  5. 1 tsp clove
  6. 1 tsp black pepper
  7. 1 tsp citric acid pearl
  8. Salt as required
  9. 1 bowl peanuts
  10. 1 bowl roasted chana daal
  11. 1 bowl mint leaves
  12. 1 bowl curry leaves
  13. 1 bowl dry coconut pieces.

Instructions

  1. TAKE 2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER,1TSP EACH TURMERIC,CLOVE,BLACKPEPPER,CUMIN AND 1/2 TSP CITRICACID PEARL
  2. GRIND IT INTO FINE POWDER .MIX REQUIRED SALT.OUR MASALA FOR CORNFLAKES CHUDWA IS READY
  3. KEEP INGREDIENTS READY.DRY CORNFLAKES CHUDWA,PEANUTS,ROASTED CHANADAAL,MINT CURRY LEAVES,DRY COCONUT
  4. HEAT OIL FOR DEEP FRYING..PUT 1/3RD CUP OF CORN FLAKES IN A SIEVE LADDLE AND IMMERSE IN OIL..FRY
  5. FRY TILL GOLDEN AND CRISPY..REMOVE AND STRAIN EXTRA OIL.COLLECT IN ANOTHER VESSEL.REPEAT THE PROCESS
  6. SPRINKLE THE MASALA ON THE TOP OF FRIED CORN FLAKES SO THAT IT STICKS TO THEM PROPERLY.
  7. NOW FRY THE THICK POHA SAME AS WE DID FOR CORN FLAKES ..
  8. STRAIN EXTRA OIL AND SPREAD ON THE FRIED CORN FLAKES CHUDWA
  9. FRY ROASTED CHANA DAAL TILL GOLDEN BROWN..
  10. TRANSFER IT ON THE FRIED POHAS.
  11. FRY PEANUTS IN THE SAME WAY
  12. FRY SMALL PIECES OF DRY COCONUT TILL BROWN
  13. TRANSFER IT ON THE FRIED POHA
  14. FRY WASHED AND DRIED MINT LEAVES TILL CRISPY
  15. TRANSFER IT INTO SEPERATE PLATE
  16. FRY WASHED AND DRIED CURRY LEAVES AS MINT
  17. COLLECT IT INTO SEPERATE PLATE
  18. SPRINKLE MASALAS ON THE FRIED POHA,PEANUTS,CHANA DAAL,COCONUT.
  19. CRUMBLE THE MINT AND CURRY LEAVES WITH YOUR HAND TO POWDER AND SPREAD ON THE MIXTURE
  20. MIX WELL WITH TWO LADDLES I FIND IT DIFFICULT SO TRANSFERING INTO ANOTHER HUGE VESSEL(TAPAELA)
  21. MIX PROPERLY ..LET IT COOL AND STORE IN A AIR TIGHT CONTAINER.
  22. READY TO SERVE DRY SNACK.
