Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 2 packet Maggi pazzta cheesy macaroni
  2. 300 gram minced chicken
  3. 150 gram mozzarella cheese
  4. 150 gram cheddar cheese
  5. 1 cup breadcrumbs
  6. 1 tsp garlic powder
  7. 1 tsp mustard powder
  8. 1 tsp garlic paste
  9. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  10. 1 tsp soya sauce
  11. 1 tsp tomato sauce
  12. salt to taste
  13. 1/2 cup all purpose Flour
  14. 1 cup oil
  15. 1/4 cup Milk
  16. 1 tsp herbs
  17. 2 beaten egg
  18. 4 tsp unsalted butter
  19. Slice onions and tomato
  20. Iceberg

Instructions

  1. HEAT 4 CUPS WATER, ADD 1/2 TSP SALT, 1 TSP OIL, BRING IT TO A BOIL
  2. ADD THE CONTENTS OF 2 PACKETS OF MAGGI CHEESE MACARONI PAZZTA
  3. COOK FOR 2 MINS ON MEDIUM HEAT
  4. DRAIN THE WATER
  5. PUT THE PAZZTA BACK ON HEAT, ADD THE 2 TASTEMAKERS WHICH COME ALONG WITH THE PAZZTA PACKS, MIX
  6. ADD 4 TSP UNSALTED BUTTER, 1 TSP EACH OF RED CHILLI, MUSTARD & GARLIC POWDERS
  7. ADD 150 GMS EACH OF MOZZARELLA & CHEDDAR CHEESE, MIX WELL
  8. ADD 1/4 CUP MILK, STIR & COOK ON LOW-MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL THE CHEESE MELTS
  9. ADD THE THE PAZZTA MIX ON A TRAY, SPREAD EVENLY WITH A SPATULA
  10. COVER WITH CLING-FILM, REFRIGERATE FOR 30 MINS
  11. FOR THE PATTIES : TAKE 300 GMS MINCED CHICKEN, ADD 1 CUP BREADCRUMBS
  12. ADD 1 TSP EACH OF PEPPER POWDER & GARLIC PASTE, SALT, 1 TSP MIXED HERBS
  13. ADD 1 TSP EACH OF SOYA SAUCE & TOMATO KETCHUP, MIX WELL
  14. MAKE SMALL PATTIES OUT OF THE READY MIX
  15. SHALLOW FROM BOTH SIDES ON MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  16. REMOVE THE READY PATTIES ON ABSORBENT PAPER, SET ASIDE
  17. CUT OUT 4-6 NEAT ROUNDS FROM THE COOLED & SET PAZZTA
  18. REMOVE THEM CAREFULLY, THE PAZZTA BUNS ARE READY
  19. TAKE 2 EGGS, ADD A PINCH OF SALT, BEAT WELL
  20. COAT EACH PAZZTA BUN WITH FLOUR, DIP INTO THE EGG MIX & REMOVE
  21. ROLL OVER BREADCRUMBS
  22. SHALLOW FRY ON MEDIUM HEAT FROM BOTH SIDES FOR 3-4 MINS
  23. REMOVE ON ABSORBENT PAPER
  24. PLACE 1 READY CHICKEN PATTY ON TOP OF THE FRIED PAZZTA BUN, APPLY 1 TSP MAYONNAISE, ADD TOMATO
  25. ADD ICEBERG LETTUCE & ONION, SOME MORE MAYONNAISE & ANOTHER PAZZTA BUN, THE BURGER IS READY TO SERVE
