This cake is eggless and is made up of rawa/suji/semolina.Yummy in taste,super soft and spongy in texture.healthy and tasty .Good to give it to kids .so do try this cake

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Suji/Rawa/Semolina-1 cup
  2. Milk -1/2 cup
  3. Sugar-1/2 cup
  4. Oil-1/3 cup
  5. Green cardamom powder-1/2 tsp
  6. Baking powder -1 tsp
  7. Baking soda -1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. TAKE ONE CUP SUJI/RAWA IN A BOWL
  2. ADD HALF CUP MILK TO IT.
  3. MIX BOTH AND KEEP AT REST FOR 10 MINUTES
  4. TAKE 1/2 CUP SUGAR.1/3 CUP OIL,GREEN CARDAMOM POWDER -1/2 TSP
  5. GRIND SUGAR TO POWDER FORM.
  6. ADD OIL TO IT AND MIX WITH SPOON FOR 2 MINUTES.
  7. THEN ADD ELACHI POWDER TO IT AND AGAIN MIX IT.
  8. NEXT ADD SOAKED SUJI TO SUGAR OIL MIXTURE.
  9. IF BATTER GETS THICK ADD LITTLE MILK TO IT.
  10. ADD 1 TSP BAKING POWDER TO IT.
  11. BAKING SODA -1/2 TSP
  12. MIX IN ONE DIRECTION FOR 2-3 MINUTES.
  13. POUR BATTER IN GREASED TIN.
  14. BAKE FOR 35- 40 MINITES IN PREHEATED OVEN FOR 200•C
  15. IF KNIFE COMES CLEAN ,ITS DONE,COOL IT AND THEN DEMOULD IT .
  16. GARNISH WITH DESSICTED COCONUT AND ENJOY.
