ABOUT Coffee Modak Sandesh RECIPE

Sandesh is in new flavour. Ganesh chaturthi is coming and without modak we can not imagine this festival.at first i was thinking some other presentation but afterwards i got an idea that why not modak.so i made this new flavour of sandesh and make it in modak shape

Ingredients Serving: 5

Paneer of 3 cup milk
3 tbsp sugar
3 tsp coffee powder
1 tsp coco powder
1 tbsp pista

Instructions

IN 250 GM MASHED COTTAGE CHEESE, ADD 3 TBSP CASTOR SUGAR, 1 TSP COCOA & 3 TSP COFFEE BREW
MIX & KNEAD INTO A DOUGH
SAUTE PREPARED DOUGH FOR 5 MINS
SHAPE INTO MODAKS
SERVE DECORATED WITH PISTACHIO NUTS & VARK
