Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 3/4 cup ghee
  2. 3/4 cup rava
  3. 1/4 cup wheat flour
  4. 3/4 cup sugar
  5. 2 cups water
  6. 2 tablespoon chopped almonds
  7. 1 tablespoon raisins
  8. 2 tablespoon dessicated coconut

Instructions

  1. ADD GHEE TO PAN. HEAT IT.
  2. ADD RAVA AND WHEAT FLOUR.
  3. MIX WELL.
  4. STIR CONTINOUSLY ON LOW FLAME.
  5. WHEN IT TURNS GOLDEN BROWN, ADD SUGAR.
  6. MIX WELL.
  7. ADD WATER AND MIX WELL SO THAT NO LUMPS ARE FORMED.
  8. COOK IT COVERED FOR AROUND 3-4 MINUTES.
  9. ADD ALMONDS AND RAISINS.
  10. MIX WELL. ADD COCONUT. MIX.
  11. COOK FOR AROUND 2-3 MINUTES. IT WILL START LEAVING GHEE.
  12. GARNISH WITH DESSICATED COCONUT.
