ABOUT Hara Bhara Kebabs RECIPE

Potatoes are the base and life of these kebabs,i used ony spich green chillies and corriander to keep them healthy and light.Used corn flour to bind to avoid heaviness of besan/gram flour.Shallow fried so healthy and gud for diabetics too.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 3 Boiled potatoes
  2. 1 small bunch spinach blanched or chopped fine
  3. 2tblspn corn flour
  4. 1tblspn gingergarlic paste
  5. 1-2 green chillies as per choice cut fine
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1tspn blacksalt
  8. Pepper sprinkle
  9. Some bread crumbs
  10. Oil to shallow fry
  11. Any sauce chutney of choice to serve

Instructions

  1. IN 2 TBSP HOT OIL, SAUTE 2 GREEN CHILLIES & 1 TBSP GINGER-GARLIC
  2. ADD 2 TBSP CORNFLOUR, STIR BRISKLY
  3. ADD 2OO GMS BLANCHED SPINACH, A HANDFUL OF CORIANDER AND THE SAUTED CORNFLOUR MIX INTO 3 BOILED & MASHED POTATOES
  4. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  5. ADD 1 TSP ROCK SALT
  6. ADD 1 TSP CORNFLOUR
  7. ADD LITTLE OIL & MIX
  8. GREASE PALMS, SHAPE DOUGH INTO KEBABS
  9. COAT THE KEBABS WITH BREAD CRUMBS
  10. SHALLOW FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  11. SERVE HOT
