Potatoe and fish cutlets are made really simple and with less ingredients. Dip in egg and then fried.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 potatoes ...
  2. 6-7 boneless fish pieces (any)
  3. Ginger garlic Paste
  4. 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
  5. salt to taste
  6. pepper 1 tsp
  7. chilli flakes 1 tsp
  8. garlic powder 1 tsp
  9. onion powder 1 tsp
  10. chicken masala powder 1 tsp
  11. Chopped coriander 5 tbsp
  12. 2 eggs
  13. oil as required

Instructions

  1. BOIL POTATOE FISH PIECES WITH GINGER GARLIC PASTE SALT AND GARAM MASALA.
  2. AND MIX IT.
  3. ADD IN PEPPER POWDER.
  4. CHAT MASALA
  5. RED CHILLI FLAKES.
  6. AND OTHER POWDERS.
  7. AND THEN MIX WELL.
  8. ADD IN CORIANDER LEAVES.
  9. AND KEEP IN FRIDGE.
  10. CRACK EGG IN A BOWL. ADD IN SALT.
  11. AND WHISK.
  12. MAKE ROUND FLAT CUTLETS OF THE MIX.
  13. HEAT OIL IN A PAN. DIP CUTLET IN EGG.
  14. AND SHALLOW FRY IT.
  15. UNTIL BOTH SIDES GOLDEN.
