These cookies are very tasty. Crisp from outside and soft from inside.cream makes them more tasty as we all love cream.

Ingredients Serving: 6

3/4 cup boiled sweet potato
1/ 4 cup butter
1/4 cup powder sugar
1 cup Flour
pinch of Sea Salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
Whip cream for serving

Instructions

WHISK 1/4 CUP BUTTER & 1/4 CUP SUGAR
ADD 3/4 CUP BOILED & MASHED SWEET POTATO, WHISK
ADD 1/4 CUP FLOUR, A PINCH OF SALT & 1/2 TSP BAKING POWDER
MIX
KNEAD INTO A DOUGH
PLACE SMALL BALLS OF THE DOUGH ON A LINED BAKING TRAY, GENTLY PRESS WITH A FORK ON TOP
BAKE AT 180 DEGREES FOR 15 MINS
ONCE DONE, KEEP TO COOL
PIPE WHIPPED CREAM ON TOP & SERVE
