Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 boiled patato
  2. 4 bread slices
  3. Beaten curd 1 bowl
  4. Green chilly 1/2 tsp
  5. coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  6. salt, black salt 1/4 tsp
  7. Chat masala 1/4 tsp
  8. Red chilly powder 1/4 tsp
  9. coriander powder 1/4 tsp
  10. Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. MASH 2 BOILED POTATOES
  2. ADD SALT TO TASTE, 1/4 TSP BLACK SALT, 1/4 TSP GARAM MASALA, 1/4 TSP CHAT MASALA, 1/4 TSP CORIANDER & 1/4 TSP RED CHILLI
  3. ADD 1/2 TSP GREEN CHILLIES & 1 TBSP FRESH CORIANDER
  4. MIX & SHAPE INTO TIKKIS
  5. CUT ROUNDS OUT OF 4 BREAD SLICES
  6. PLACE A TIKKI BETWEEN THE BREAD ROUNDS
  7. ADD SALT TO TASTE & 1/4 TSP RED CHILLI TO 1 CUP BEATEN CURD & MIX
  8. HEAT 1 TBSP OIL ON A TAVA, PLACE THE STUFFED BREAD ROUNDS
  9. SPREAD THE BEATEN CURD MIX ON THE BREAD
  10. SPRINKLE 1/2 TSP MUSTARD SEEDS
  11. COVER & COOK FOR 5 MINS
  12. SERVE HOT
