  1. 1 cup all purpose flour
  2. 1 tbsp ghee
  3. 1/2 tsp ajwain
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Water for kneading dough
  6. Oil for Deep frying

Instructions

  1. ADD 1/2 TSP CAROM SEEDS INTO 1 CUP FLOUR
  2. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  3. ADD 1 TBSP GHEE, MIX
  4. KNEAD INTO A TIGHT DOUGH USING LUKEWARM WATER, KEEP ASIDE FOR 10 MINS
  5. ROLL SMALL BALLS OF DOUGH INTO BIG POORIS, CUT INTO CIRCLES
  6. PINCH FROM THE SIDES
  7. DEEP FRY ON MEDIUM HEAT TILL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
