Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Refined flour 500 grams
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Kallonji 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Oil 2 tablespoon
  5. Oil for deep frying


  1. Take 500 grams maida ,salt to taste,half teaspoon kallonji and two tablespoon of oil
  2. Add salt and kalonji with maida
  3. Mix
  4. Add oil
  5. Mix oil with maida
  6. It become crumble
  7. Add water and knead it
  8. Make a stiff dough
  9. Make poori size ball from the dough
  10. Heat some oil for frying
  11. Roll very thin poori and make some cut on it
  12. Fold it like a paratha
  13. Make 4 to 5 piece at a time
  14. Put it in hot oil on low flame
  15. Fry on low flame it take 5 to 6 minutes
  16. Fry golden brown on both side
  17. Take them out . Make all with same process
  18. Make them cool completly and store in an airtight container
  19. Serve with sweet chutney or tea
