  1. Yellow moong dal 250 grams
  2. Rai 1 tablespoon
  3. Hing powder
  4. Roasted cummin powder
  5. Red chilli powder
  6. Oil for deep frying
  7. Ginger crushed 1 teaspoon
  8. Fresh coriander leaves
  9. Green chilli

Instructions

  1. TAKE 250 GRAMS MOONG DAL SOAK FOR THREE TO FOUR HOURS
  2. SOAK ONE TABLESPOON RAI FOR TEN MINUTE THEN STRAIN
  3. GRIND IT IN MIXER POT
  4. TAKE ONE LITER WATER AND RAI PASTE
  5. POUR IT IN A BIG CONTAINER
  6. ADD ALL WATER
  7. ADD ONE TABLESPOON BLACK SALT
  8. TAKE A CHARCOAL TIKKI
  9. PUT ON FLAME FOR TWO MINUTES
  10. PUT IT IN A SMALL METTEL BOWL
  11. PUT THE BOWL ON WATER TO MAKE IT FLOATING
  12. PUT SOME GHEE ON COAL TIKKI
  13. PUT SOME HING POWDER ON IT N QUICKLY CLOSE IT WITH LID
  14. LEAVE IT FOR 3 TO 5 HOUR
  15. TAKE GINGER GREEN CHILLI AND SOAKED MOONG DAL
  16. MAKE A PASTE
  17. AFTER FEW HOUR TAKE OUT THE COAL FROM CONTAINER
  18. ADD RED CHILLI POWDER WITH WATER
  19. ADD ROASTED CHILLI AND CORIANDER POWDER
  20. ADD ONE TEASPOON ROASTED CUMMIN POWDER
  21. ADD SALT AND FRESH CORIENDER LEAVES
  22. MIX ALL THIS
  23. TAKE FRESH DHANIA ROASTED DHANIA AND FENNEL POWDER SALT AND GREEN CHILLI
  24. ADD ALL INGRIDIENTS WITH DAL PASTE
  25. ADD 1/4 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
  26. GIVE A NICE MIX TO IT
  27. TAKE A SMALL GLASS AND A PKASTIC SHEET
  28. HOT THE OIL AND PUT RAI WATER IN SIDE START MAKING VADA
  29. FRST APPLY SOME OIL ON SHEET THEN WATER TAKE A LITTLE PORTION OF DAL
  30. PUT THE VADA IN HOT OIL
  31. MAKE ALL THE VADA WITH SAME PROCESS
  32. FRY IT TILL BECAME GOLDEN
  33. TAKE THEM OUT AND PUT IN RAI WATER
  34. PUT ALL THE FRIED VADA IN WATER DIRECTLY FROM KADAI LEAVE IT FOR SOME TO MAKE IT SOUR
  35. AFTER 5TO 6 HOUR ITS READY TO SERVE TAKE BOWLS
  36. PUT VADA WITH WATER SPRINKLE SOME RED CHILLI POWDER
  37. ROASTED CUMMIN POWDER
  38. PUT SOME FRESH CORIENDER LEAVS AND SERVE
