Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup Wheat Flour
  2. 1 cup spinach puree
  3. 1/2 tsp salt
  4. 1 cucumber cut into thin slices
  5. 2 tomato cut into thin slices
  6. 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
  7. 1/2 cup grated carrot
  8. mayonnaise 1 tbsp
  9. Pizza sauce 1 tbsp
  10. Salt and black pepper to taste
  11. 1 cube amul cheese grated

Instructions

  1. IN A BOW, ADD 1/2 TSP AND 1 CUP WHEAT FLOUR
  2. ADD 1 CUP SPINACH PUREE
  3. ADD 2 TBSP WATER, KNEAD INTO A DOUGH
  4. MAKE A LEMON SIZED BALL,DUST SURFACE WITH FLOUR
  5. ROLL OUT A THIN ROTI
  6. COOK ON HOT TAVA ON BOTH SIDES UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
  7. SPREAD 1 TBSP PIZZA SAUCE ON THE READY ROTI
  8. SPREAD 1 TBSP MAYONNAISE
  9. ADD 4 SLICES EACH OF CUCUMBER , TOMATO
  10. ADD 1 TBSP EACH OF SHREDDED CABBAGE , GRATED CARROT
  11. SPRINKLE SOME SALT , PEPPER
  12. ROLL IT TIGHTLY
  13. SEAL ROLL WITH TOOTHPICKS, CUT INTO PIECES
  14. SPRINKLE GRATED CHEESE, DRIZZLE TOMATO KETCHUP, SERVE
