  1. 1 cup oats flour
  2. 1/2 cup jowar Flour
  3. 2 tbsp curd
  4. salt
  5. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  6. haldi
  7. Minced garlic cloves 4
  8. 1 tsp lemon juice
  9. 1 tsp Sesame seeds
  10. Green chilli paste as per taste
  11. 1 tsp oil
  12. coriander leaves
  13. For Topping---
  14. 1/2 cup chopped r1/2 cup, yellow and green bell peppers
  15. 1/2 cup onion
  16. 1/2 cup paneer
  17. 1tsp ginger garlic paste
  18. 1 tsp oil
  19. jeera
  20. hing
  21. coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. TAKE OATS FLOUR IN A BOWL
  2. ADD JOWAR FLOUR
  3. ADD PALAK PUREE
  4. AND LEMON JUICE
  5. NOW ADD GARLIC
  6. AND SALT HALDI AND CHILLI POWDER
  7. ADD CORIANDER LEAVES
  8. NOW TAKE CURD AND ADD
  9. TAKE WATER AND MAKE DOUGH
  10. OIL DOUGH AND KEEP ASIDE
  11. TAKE A PAN AND HEAT OIL
  12. ADD JEERA AND HING
  13. ADD ONION
  14. SAUTE ONION AND ADD BELL PEPPERS AND COOK THEM
  15. ADD PANEER
  16. MIX SALT
  17. ADD CHILLI POWDER AND HALDI AND CORIANDER LEAVES
  18. OUR TOPPING IS READY
  19. TAKE DOUGH AND ROLL BIG ROTI CUT ROUNDS WITH CUTTER
  20. HEAT PAN AND COOK THEPLAS
  21. ADD SOME OIL AND COOK THEPLAS
  22. OUR THEPLAS ARE READY
  23. TO THEM WITH FILLING
  24. AND SERVE HOT OUR NUTRITIOUS THEPLAS ARE READY
