  1. All purpose flour/Maida 1/2 cup
  2. Oats flour 1/2 cup
  3. Sugar 5-6Tbsp
  4. Elaichi powder 1Tsp
  5. Baking powder 1/2 Tsp
  6. Baking soda 1/4 Tsp
  7. Salt 1/4 Tsp
  8. Milk 1/2 Cup
  9. Oil 2 Tbsp
  10. Curd 1/4 Cup
  11. Chopped Almonds 3-4Tbsp
  12. Gulukand 3Tbsp
  13. Whipping Cream 200ml
  14. Icing sugar 3Tbsp
  15. Pink icing colour 2 drops
  16. Icing bag 1No.
  17. Star nozzle 1No.
  18. Rose essence 1 Tsp

Instructions

  1. ARRANGE ALL THE INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARING MUFFINS.
  2. ARRANGE ALL INGREDIENTS FOR ICING.
  3. ADD ALL DRY INGREDIENTS IN A BIG BOWL.
  4. MIX DRY INGREDIENTS WELL.
  5. IN ANOTHER BOWL ADD MILK,CURD,OIL AND SUGAR.
  6. MIX EVERYTHING WELL UNTIL SUGAR DISSOLVES.
  7. PREHEAT OVEN AT 175*C FOR 10 MINUTES.
  8. ADD DRY INGREDIENTS TO WET INGREDIENTS AND MIX WELL.
  9. ADD ELAICHI POWDER,CHOPPED ALMONDS, GULUKAND AND MIX WELL.
  10. POUR BATTER INTO MUFFIN CUPS.
  11. BAKE AT 175*C FOR 20 MINUTES.
  12. LET THEM COOL COMPLETELY BEFORE ICING.
  13. POUR CHILLED WHIPPED CREAM IN A BOWL.
  14. WHISK AT LOW SPEED FOR 2 MINUTES.
  15. ADD ICING SUGAR TO THE CREAM AND WHISK AT HIGH SPEED FOR 1 MINUTE.
  16. ADD ESSENCE AND COLOUR TO THE WHIPPED CREAM AND WHIP AGAIN FOR 1 MORE MINUTE.
  17. ICING IS READY.
  18. PLACE A STAR NOZZLE IN A ICING BAG .
  19. FILL THE ICING BAG WITH WHIPPED CREAM.
  20. START ICING FROM THE CENTRE.
  21. GULUKAND MUFFINS ARE READY WITH FROSTING.
