Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Tender Cucumber pulp
  2. 2 cup ragi flour
  3. 1 tsp salt
  4. 2 cup dill leaves chopped
  5. 1 cup chopped onion
  6. 1 cup water
  7. 1/4 cup cooking oil
  8. For topping and salad -
  9. 1 cup fresh cream
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 1 cup Cucumber slices
  12. 1 cup pealed and sliced kiwi fruits
  13. 1 cup Channa fresh /sprouted
  14. 1 cup green grapes
  15. Few jelly and cherry

Instructions

  1. CUCUMBER PULP ONE CUP.
  2. RAGI FLOUR TWO CUPS.
  3. ADD SALT.
  4. DILL LEAVES.
  5. ADD ONION AND MIX.
  6. POUR WATER.
  7. MAKE A SOFT AND STICKY DOUGH AND ALLOW TEN MINUTES TO REST.
  8. MAKE GOLF BALL SIZED DOUGH BALLS.
  9. GREASE THE PLASTIC ROTTI SHEETS.
  10. PLACE A BALL ON ONE SHEET AND COVER THE ANOTHER.
  11. PRESS IT.
  12. REMOVE THE UPPER SHEET AND PLACE THE ROTTI ON HOT GRIDDLE, PEAL OFF ANOTHER ONE ALSO.
  13. FLIP IT OVER AND FRY BOTH THE SIDES.
  14. COOK TILL GOLDEN BROWN AND REMOVE.
  15. TAKE ONE ROTTI.
  16. ADD SALT, MIX WELL AND GREASE THE FRESH CREAM ON ROTTI.
  17. TOPPING WITH CUCUMBER SLICES.
  18. KIWI FRUIT SLICES.
  19. CORIANDER LEAVES.
  20. FRESH CHANNA.
  21. GREEN GRAPES.
  22. DECORATE JELLY AND CHERRY, READY TO SERVE.
