Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rawa or sooji 200 gm
  2. 1 slice haka noodles
  3. Curd 5 tbsp
  4. Oil 4tbsp
  5. Schezwan sauce 1tbsp
  6. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  7. Salt 2 tbsp
  8. Red chilli powder 1/2 TBSP
  9. Curry leaf 8-10
  10. Green Chilli 2
  11. Mustard seeds 1/2 TBSP
  12. Cabbage 100 gm

Instructions

  1. HAKA IDLI
  2. TAKE 200 GM RAWA OR SOOJI & 5 TBSP CURD.ADD 1 TBSP SALT & MAKE IDLI BATTER.
  3. PUT A BIG BOWL , ADD 1 GLASS OF WATER. BOIL IT AND PUT 1 BUNDLE OF HAKA NOODLES. BOIL IT FOR 5 MINUTES
  4. HEAR A KADAI ADD 2 TBSP OIL ,ADD 2TBSP CABBAGE, 1 GREEN CHILLI. STIR IT. AFTER 5 MINUTES, STRAIN WATER
  5. ADD NOODLES IN KADAI ,ADD 1/2 TBSP RED CHILLI POWDER, 1/4 TBSP TURMERIC, 1/2 TBSP SALT
  6. ADD 1 TBSP SCHEZWAN SAUCE. STIR IT FOR 5 MINUTES
  7. TAKE 1 PACKET ENO ,PUT INTO IDLI BATTER. PUT 2 DROP OF WATER. MIX IT
  8. GREASE IDLI MOULD WITH OIL, PUT 1 TBSP BATTER IN IT
  9. PUT HAKA NOODLES IN IT AND PUTTHE BATTER ON TOP. COVER PROPERLY LIKE THIS
  10. PUT MOULD INTO STEAMER. COOK FOR 8 MINUTES ON A MEDIUM FLAME
  11. AFTER 8 MINUTES CHECK IT WITH KNIFE.COOL IT FOR 2 MINUTES
  12. FOR THE TADKA :- OIL 2 TBSP, 1/2 TBSP MUSTARD SEEDS
  13. WHEN MUSTARD SEEDS CRACKLE, PUT FEW CURRY LEAVES. STIR IT FOR 1 MIN
  14. AFTER IT COOLS, CUT IT OUT. SEE HOW SPONGY IT IS.
  15. CUT IDLI FROM MIDDLE.SEE IT LOOKS AMAZING.
  16. POUR THE CHONK OR THE TADKA ON IT. YOUR HAKA IDLI IS READY
