  1. Carrot 100 gms cubed
  2. French beans 100 gms chopped
  3. Potato 100gms cubed
  4. Green peas 100 gms
  5. Soaked and washed soya chunks 100 gms
  6. Big onion 1-sliced
  7. Cauliflower 100 gms
  8. Green chillies 4
  9. Grated coconut 1/2 cup
  10. Ginger 1 inch
  11. Garlic 3 pods
  12. Cashews 5
  13. Salt 1 tsp
  14. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  15. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  16. Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  17. Cloves 2
  18. Cinnamon 2
  19. Cardamom 2
  20. Oil 50 ml
  21. Coriander leaves for garnishing
  22. Curry leaves few

Instructions

  1. COOK CHOPPED CARROT POTATOES BEANS GREEN PEAS SOYA CHUNKS WITH 1/2 TSP SALT FOR 1 WHISTLE
  2. GRIND A PASTE OF 1/2 CUP GRATED COCONUT,4 GREEN CHILLIES ,1 INCH GINGER,3 GARLIC AND 5-6 CASHEWS
  3. GRIND TO A SMOOTH PASTE
  4. SLICE 1 BIG ONION
  5. WASH AND CUT 100 GMS OF CAULIFLOWER AND KEEP ASIDE TO ADD LATER
  6. HEAT OIL IN A KADAI AND ADD MUSTARD SEEDS,2 PIECES OF CARDAMOM,CLOVES AND CINNAMON
  7. ADD THE ONIONS
  8. ADD CURRY LEAVES AFTER ONION TURNS PINK
  9. ADD TURMERIC AND SALT
  10. ADD THE COOKED VEGETABLES
  11. STIR WELL
  12. ADD THE COCONUT MASALA PASTE
  13. ADD ADEQUATE WATER
  14. GET THIS CONSISTENCY
  15. ADD THE CAULIFLOWER ONCE IT STARTS TO BOIL
  16. COOK COVERED FOR 5 MINUTES
  17. ADD 1/2 TSP GARAM MASALA AND STIR WELL
  18. GARNISH WITH CURRY LEAVES AND CORIANDER LEAVES
  19. EASY MIXED VEGETABLE KURUMA IS READY TO SERVE
