Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup flattened rice (poha)
  2. 1 onion chopped
  3. 1 Teaspoon chopped garlic
  4. 1 teaspoon chopped Ginger
  5. 3 table spoon chopped cabbage
  6. 2 tablespoon chopped mushroom
  7. 2 table spoon chopped capsicum
  8. 1 table spoon frozen peas
  9. 1 table spoon frozen corn
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Black Pepper to taste
  12. 2 table spoon oil
  13. 2 table spoon shezwan sauce
  14. 1 teaspoon chinese seasoning

Instructions

  1. WASH 1 CUP POHA
  2. DRAIN WATER
  3. ADD 1 TSP GINGER- GARLIC IN 2 TBSP HOT OIL
  4. ADD 1 ONION
  5. SAUTE ONION TILL TRANSLUCENT
  6. ADD 3 TBSP CABBAGE
  7. ADD 2 TBSP EACH OF MUSHROOM & CAPSICUM
  8. ADD 1 TBSP CORN
  9. ADD 1 TBSP PEAS
  10. ADD SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
  11. SAUTE FOR 2 MINS
  12. ADD THE POHA, MIX WELL
  13. ADD 2 TBSP SCHEZWAN SAUCE
  14. ADD 1 TSP 5 SPICE SEASONING, SAUTE FOR 2 MINS
